She sold my primary residence - and though I was already working with another realtor before I met her for a purchase in another city - she did not hesitate to offer her insights and knowledge on my purchase (even though she would not benefit from that purchase) and even saved me some heartache that the other realtor should have pointed out. Sara Collins was referred to my wife and me by a family member who had utilized her services on a prior sale. When we put our house on the market we were so worried about how this was going to go. We work full time, have a 2 year old child, and a senior dog. How were we going to show our home? How were we going to get everything done so we could show our home? How would we do this without too much disruption to our daily lives? How? All kidding aside this is THE REALTOR to use. Not sure where to start though Sara's high energy & experience is which leads to your selling & buying experience, to go as smooth as possible. Also talk about a relator who fights for you whether you are buying or selling, Sara goes all out. I thought Sara was quite fair and she met all my needs and expectations. There are a LOT of realtors out there and I am not a big fan of them due to lots of them being shady. Though as for the Collins group, I sized up Sara and she is as good as they come. Don't do yourself wrong and give the Collins Group a shot before going to anyone else. Sara sold our home in Newport Beach in record time at 97% of list price, which was a price we did not think was necessarily achievable until she showed us the market comps and educated us on where buyers were valuing homes. She didn't do an open house or other invasive sales tactics that don't actually sell your home. She spent hours on the phone with local agents, neighbors, and potential buyers.
